He thought that “According to him to be successful employee one should have proper dedication and clear vision for the positive progress of company..”

Challenges is like a puzzles ,,in which enmesh in its network ., so we always ready to faces any types of challenges.

When he found juniors are not working, he just watch out how they get extra benefits from their work and this steps he applied to suggest them ‘how to work but never be angry on juniors’..
And other hand when faced seniors …same way he convinced them where they get more benefits by applying his suggestion because all people are interested only in benefits of them.

“Organization is just like a family where there one should behave in benefits of whole family, this will produce good impressions over society, so care must be taken that there is no any negative impression of family”…it is his thought awesome….

Short term vision means “how can we earn more in short time or how progress we can do in short period..”
Long term vision means “in early time we may not get much benefits, or we may be get loss also, but this long term will give benefits and chance; On after long duration.”
