HOMEWORK 1: Self Portrait

Create a self portrait. Work from a mirror or a photograph. Use the guide sheets to help with proportion. Fill the page and use a range of tones to shade.

Full use of the page. Good shading that shows contrast between light and (shadows). Good proportion and placement of features.

Not only is there a good use of proportion but there is a good likeness and sense of character. Ask a relative / friend if they recognise who is the drawing of.
