visibility.

unventilated space, vacate the occupants.

DCP (CARTRIDGE) TYPE EXTINGUISHER

Plunger is pushed inside.

CO2 cartridge seal is broken.

CO2 is released and flow is regulated by inner container.

Due to CO2 pressure, powder rises inside siphon tube.

DCP is discharged from tube.

Once activated, discharge can’t be stopped.

WATER (CARTRIDGE) TYPE EXTINGUISHER

Water is discharged from Nozzle.

Once activated, discharge can’t be stopped.

ABC (STORED PRESSURE) TYPE EXTINGUISHER

Contains advanced ABC Powder.

Discharge lever / squeeze grip is squeezed.

DCP rises inside siphon tube due to pressurized Nitrogen.

Powder is discharged from Nozzle/tube.

Pressure guage to check healthiness.

Discharge can be stopped by releasing squeeze grip.

CARBON DI-OXIDE (CO2) TYPE EXTINGUISHER

Rotate ball valve at the top

anti-clockwise.

Pressurized CO2 inside

cylinder rises inside siphon

tube.

CO2 gas is discharged

from Discharge Horn.

Discharge can be stopped

by rotating ball valve

clockwise.

MODULAR (ABC) AUTOMATIC EXTINGUISHER

Ceiling mounted extinguisher with bulb type sprinkler discharge head.

Pressure guage to check healthiness.

At 68°C, the sprinkler bulb bursts.

N2 gas acts as propellant and powder is discharged from sprinkler head.

Once activated, discharge can’t be stopped.
