Why do you teach your kids in before school?

Different kids have different mental format of   learning patterns for memorization, some are Visual, Auditory, or Kinesthetic. Every kid has a different cycle time and concentration time. You have to teach at the pace of understanding of the child. We do not even hesitate to take 3 hours to infuse a chapter in the kid’s memory whereas in schools the same chapter finished in half an hour. The kid’s feels superior to other when they can answer all questions with ease and cab freely explain any detail asked by the teacher. This is only possible if the child has a before-hand knowledge of the subject. Why do you take teach back session after every chapter from each kid?

Teacher teaches to check whether each student has grasped the topic clearly and is able to express with ease. In schools there are more than 40 students to be taught in half an hour where the teacher does not have the bandwidth to check each student’s perfect understanding. Why do you prefer to record the Teach back session?

This helps the child to revise at home through video and parents to monitor the child regularly

How does Quality education play an important role in the economy?

Educators are under-paid at present which makes talented teachers take up other professions. Currently, most of the schools lack high profile talented teachers like in the US due to poor pay in school when compared to other professions. Schools play an important role of creating confidence and capability in kids. 4 to 6 kids in one class is the ideal ratio for teaching.

When do children lose confidence?

When they fail to understand in class since the teacher is teaching in one mental format and they feel shy to ask question fearing ridicule. It is not right to go ahead and teach when they have not understood the first paragraph. A half-baked cake is useless. What do you pay your teachers higher than market rate?

Why do you conduct Robotics and Aeromodeling classes?

We are identifying kids for NASA space school in 2017 through these activities. We need scientific, creative and innovative kids for our school to create patents and copyrights.
