PASTE OPTIONS WHEN COPYING A SLIDE FROM A DIFFERENT
PRESENTATION• Right-click and copy your slide and then go to where
you want to paste it in the new presentation

COPIED SLIDE KEEPS ORIGINAL FORMATTING
• Right-click the slide you want to copy and then go to where you want to paste it in the new presentation
• Next, right click between the existing slides where you want to insert your new slide in the new presentation
• Here are your options:
Paste with formatting of the original presentation
Slide retains original formatting
COPIED SLIDE BECOMES AN IMAGE IN NEW PRESENTATION
• Right-click the slide you want to copy and then go to where you want to paste it in the new presentation
• Next, right click between the existing slides where you want to insert your new slide in the new presentation
• Here are your options:Paste as an image on your slide
Slide is an image on another slide
