Techniques to Improve your Concentration

• Pomodoro Technique - It is easy and very confortable to use...– Only 25 minutes with strong

concentration will help you to learn!

– Forget cell phones and any other distractions...Turn off them!!!

After 25 minutes, studing in foccused mode:– Take a break...– Breathe deeply...

– Give for yourself a reward...

• Remember to recall what are you learning, it is very important!!!

• Using the first letter of several words that need to memorize in a sentence...
