Open WCOnline

On the Learning Center’s Blackboard page, use the

module on the right to open WCOnline.

If you are a first-time user, you will need to register.

Register/Log in

Click register for an account if you are a first-

time user.

Otherwise, log in to view the Learning Center’s

schedules.

Complete registration form

Please double-check that you have entered your student email address

correctly.

Ex: Firstname.Lastname@ mymail.centralpenn.edu

Select schedule

Select the Writing Center schedule for writing

assistance.

Select the Tutoring schedule for math,

accounting, and other subject-specific

assistance.

Complete appointment form

Select eTutoring for asynchronous online

assistance (attaching and receiving files).

Select Online for synchronous online assistance (instant

messaging).

Select Face-to-Face to meet with a tutor in

person.

Attach files

Click the folder icon to attach files to your

appointment.

When scheduling appointments, it is helpful

to include your draft, writing prompt, rubric,

and any specific questions you may have.

Joining your “Online” appointment

Click your appointment block to open your

appointment window.

Click “Start or Join Online Consultation” to enter the

chat room at the scheduled time.

APPOINTMENT. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK AND HELP US IMPROVE OUR SERVICES.
