For this part of the course, we were instructed to go an take a photograph of either an object or of somebody and the background and then edit the photo on Photoshop to make it look like

it was levitating. For my object I chose to use a bin and I needed to take a picture of the bin on top of the chair. Once I uploaded the image onto Photoshop I used the magnetic lasso tool to cut out the chair so that the bin was left by itself. I also used the normal lasso tool when I needed to cut out any areas of the background which I had missed to cut out. For this task I

don't think that I necessarily gained any new skills but I do believe that I was able to strengthen my basic Photoshop skills.
