Schedule

●The schedule can’t be excessively heavy because the performance of the students will improve this way and so they wont be tired so often.

Respect for the professionals and partners

●Verify that all the elements of the educational institution are well received and have mutual respect.

No racism, xenophobia or other kind of racism

●Every single student must be and have respect for

those who are different in any way possible: their culture, style of clothes, skin colour or religion.

All races and religions can be in the same school without being pointed or

bullied●All kind of people could be in our school without

being scared of bullying, all of them would have equal rights and duties.

Creation of events according to the

religion/culture/traditions of everyone

●Everyone could participate in some kind of events where the theme would be a particular religion/culture/traditions, in that way, we would create empathy with one and other.

Meeting between classes with different religions so that everyone can know

each other●Students with different ethnies or other

differences could be integrated in other classes so that they could learn and understand others´ habits and cultures, through that, everyone would get more acknowledged and get easy connections with other´s culture.

No bullying

●No bullying in general, to teachers, students and other professionals that work in the school.

Students wouldn´t be judged in the way they act

or dress●Every student and even teachers could feel

comfortable regarding the way they are, not feeling apart of the society.

Not being judged because of their friends

●Everyone could choose who they want to be with and play with, without being judged by others.

Not being forced to participate in activities that they don’t want to

●Everyone should feel free to choose the activities that they want to participate.

Looking ways to help countries in educational

developmentAfter teaching and making the students great professionals we could tell them to go back to their native country and help it to develop.

Help students with financial and family

difficultiesWe could identify the problems that students have and through the school, get ways to help those who need.

Innovate methods of teaching and learning

●Finding a new method of learning or teaching, that would make the students less anxious and with increased capability of learning.

No walls between ethnic groups

●Incentivate the students to socialize with all groups creating empathy and union.

Elaborate meals that could be integrated in everyone

´s culture/traditions●Once per week or month, the meals could be a

part of some religion, students would have a way to try new things.

Present symbols and figures of different

religions●The presence of some symbols of various religions

would incentivate the students to come to school, it would make them feel at home.

Teach a little bit of some religions/cultures/traditi

ons●The learning of some cultures/religions/traditions

would create a better relationship between students with different ways of living, it would also make everyone more cult and smart.
