Revenue or Impact? - Yes!

There are tradeoffs, but it doesn't always have to be one-or-the-other anymore. The hybrid space is gaining traction, however, many entrepreneurship and investment organizations aren't yet set up to understand or assist innovators, investors and practitioners, to maximize business, professional, and investment opportunities in this new space.

Capital providers are getting warmed up to do impact deals, but there is a lot of risk, and a lot to get done, so that impact investing delivers on ROI + scalable mission impact.

From our perspective, the bottom line is that revenue and impact can work together, to maximize what any entrepreneur, investor, or organizationcan do, to build self-sufficient, profitable organizations that address market needs and humanitarian challenges.

Navigating the Jungle of Impact

501(c)3 or LLC? Charge for a service or give it away? Invest effort and resources in this opportunity or that one? Collaborate with a nonprofit organization or offer business transactions with for-profit partners?

We really, really get it. It's a JUNGLE out there, right now. And, we're here to help individuals and organizations to navigate those choices, find a model that makes sense based on personal or organizational priorities, and to move forward.

Impact Academy offers three ways to navigate entrepreneurship, impact, & investment, whether through one-off workshops, startup acceleration for early stage for-profit, nonprofit AND hybrid entities, or hands-on impact investing training for philanthropists, investors, and professionals.
