*Setting up a Monitoring center to observe volcanic activity
*If the level of volcanic activity will present any danger to people living near to volcano, Exclusion zones have to be declare
*Early warning should be issue to people living in the danger zone of active volcanoes
*With the early warning, people can quickly evacuate to a safer zone
