- 3D PRINTER & SD CARD/COMPUTER (FOR 3D PRINT)

PROCEDUREGAME LAB: Use the GoPro mounts on the walls to record a game session with test persons, and monitor via tablets (optinal). Reset SD cards after use.

3D-PRINT: Save models on SD card, insert into printer, and choose the model to print. Also ventilate the room while printing, and monitor the room with 15-30 minute intervals to detect print failiure. Always clear up print space after use.

PROCEDUREMount the GoPro on the wall, pair the camera with the optional monitoring tablet/phone. Have your test persons use the test device laying flat on the floor for the best capturing of their interactions

Transfer video from SD-card and format card after each test session.

PROCEDUREGet the materials and tools needed for your work, and use the tables in the workshop area - add more by appointment with your supervisor or semester coordinator.

Return all equipment and clean up the workspace after workshopping, and reset the table arrangement.

ZONE 5GREEN SCREEN STUDIONEEDED LAB EQUIPMENT - GREEN SCREEN (EITHER STATIONARY OR POPUP)

- SCREEN LIGHTS

- RECORDING EQUIPMENT (OPTIONAL FROM MEDIALAB)

PROCEDURESetup the screen light projectors at edge of the green screen to eliminate shadows on the screen. After recording use editing software (like Premiere, Final Cut or After Effects) to remove the green background.

Return all equipment, and clean up the workspace after recording, and reset the arrangement of lights and green screen.
