It is an autonomous working height measuring instrument including measuring programs controlled by microprocessor.

Introduction: ◦A fixture is a work holding device which only
holds and positions the work, but does not in itself guide locate or position the cutting tool.
◦Drilling fixture is sometimes also called as Drilling jig.
◦The setting of the tool is done by machine adjustment and a setting block or by using slip gauges. A fixture is bolted or clamped to the machine table.
NEED OF FIXTURE:NEED OF FIXTURE:1. Quantity is more.2. Same type of settings for housing.3. All housings must be identical.4. To maintain length of 75mm and
controlled diameter of Ø64 is needed. 5. Time required for setting is more.

JOB DESCRIPTION:JOB DESCRIPTION:A simple Housing required for ‘Line Boring
Fixture’. Material of housing is MS. Maintained length of 75mm is required from one
side. Also hole is of maintained diameter.
