• Pilot Sample – prelim analysis of 1st 5 people;– 2 advanced trainee, 1 basic trainee, 1 fellow, 1 other
specialty– All had International Experience (at least medical
elective)– Importance 8.4 (mean, range 7-10)– 1 out of 3 able to get international work accredited– Having a database of International work rated as
useful (Mean 7.8, range 6-10)
