Experiences Gain from Training Program:The internship chance that I avail with GEXTON Inc. was a

great opportunity for learning and professional development.

I have chosen GEXTON to learn and gain proficiency in my respective, Finance dept as well as a very influential field that is growing at an un-recoverable rate.

It is also a matter of immense pleasure for me to work in distinct environment that introduced me to the digital age.

I recognize this opportunity as a big milestone in career as the financial dealings of GEXTON are recorded, summarize and presented in up to date computerized software .

Duties Performed:In Finance dept. I have:Worked as assistant in month end financial reports.Post general entries in software.Performed data entry and go through credit checks.Worked with accounts manger on yearly financial effects.Learn the payment procedure.Manage special reports, forms, billing system.Collected, understand, processed and posted all financial data in software and showed my work effectively.

In HR Department, My duty is to:

Maintain the work structure through timely recruiting and updating job requirements and job descriptions.Assist in preparation of assignments for training and mentoring of employees.Assist in maintaining pay plan by analyzing pay surveys, conducting job evaluations and evaluating individual employees to revise salary schedule.Look after employees attendance Maintain organization’s guideline by updating and recommending policies that can work for betterment of organization.

Learning Experiences:Knowledge Gained:During my internship program, I get familiar with the work

environment and the culture of GEXTON. Internship offered me a chance to do extensive research in my

field on vast perspective regarding the application of diverse tactics in different organizations.

I learned the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis and I became able to gather, analyze and interpret data, in accounting journals as well as accounting software.

Internship gave me the opportunity to learn valuable information and acquire skills about my chosen career. You can never understand what a job is unless you have worked practically.

Skilled Learned: Internship enhanced my skill and ability to work in a team.

GEXTON allowed me to work with people who are the professional of my chosen career.

Internship allowed me to gain experience and develop interpersonal skills which made me an attractive candidate for any employer.

I learned the ability to multi task and improve my communication skill as well as I became self confident and tactful.

Internship helped me to create entrepreneurial skill and learn work ethic.

Now I am capable to prepare files and maintain records and learnt tactics of problem solving, verifying data, knowledge of computer software, various software applications.

Attitude and Values: I became able to judge professionally, learned to act in ethical

manner that is most important quality to develop before moving forward.

This opportunity enhanced my ability to deal and work with clients effectively; solving conflicts as well as supports the organization’s perspective.

Now I can talk confidently with society, develop eye to eye contact.

I am able to overcome from cognitive dissonance that was the major weakness I have been facing at the beginning of my internship.

It helped me to develop decision making and analytical skill that was distorting me in stepping out.

Most Challenging Task:It took me two weeks to get acquainted with the work

setting, co-workers and activities taking place in GEXTON.

As per my skills and knowledge I did not face any difficulty in performing my task but for me the biggest challenge was to face the people whom I interact with during my internship.

Because it was my first experience to work in any organization, therefore in some situations I found the lack of confidence in myself. Then I took it as the most challenging weak point to overcome on.

Conclusion: During my internship period in GEXTON Inc., I came to go through a lot of

experiences that helped me develop distinct qualities to achieve success in future. From my perspective the business in which the GEXTON is dealing, is the best and

highly suitable in current epidemic world of technology, it can generate high rate of return now a day.

GEXTON has achieved outstanding success in software development as well as mobile app. development in IT industry. GEXTON has maintained quality management standard with relative to real worth and gives emphasis to customer relationship management that help them building long term relation with clients.

I have brought to a close that without the practical knowledge it is quite impossible to understand and work in business environment. This internship has smoothed the way to look into the near future and to step out in real world to achieve name and fame.

Understanding the user’s intellect and their necessity is the first step before starting any venture. GEXTON gave a lot of good advice that I will take with myself to enter the workforce after graduation.

Recommendations: We cannot score unless we have a goal. Now a day, IT has become a striking field for youngsters; this generation is leaving

foot prints in innovation and expansion. Through outsourcing and freelancing GEXTON can educate, persuade and can give employment opportunities to teenagers.

GEXTON is good at promoting their organization but they can further move on to make people aware about technology and emerging services, for that purpose arranging seminars, workshops and counseling session will work best. Through which we can become incredible industry on the globe.

Software development needs innovative ideas and improvement regularly. My most important advice is for software developers to look after themselves. It can be very easy for enthusiastic developers to be worn out and loose interest for software development by the daily burden of work and especially when the effort they perform is not appreciated.

From financial perspective, GEXTON is receiving average on projects; they are capable of setting price standard as per the project worth for, not by analyzing consumer affordability. So far their financial statements they are in good position to pay its obligations timely and generating sufficient revenues to remain stable in market.
