• By giving students Limited Choices, we give them limited control of what to do while both choices are beneficial to the teacher’s goals.

Problem:A student is walking around the classroom when they should be sitting a their desk.
What if they say, ‘I want to stand at the back?’• Kindly and firmly say ‘That is not a choice’ and
repeat the 2 choices• We can add ‘You Decide’ to add empowerment
What choices can we give them?
We need to sit down. Do you want to hop like a bunny or stomp like an elephant?
