Academic Advisors

• Answer questions about classes, attendance, grades and academic performance

Student Housing

• Students can choose to live on campus or off campus.

• Undergraduate Pathway students, and Academic English students intending to pursue an Undergraduate Pathway, are required to live on campus for the first year.

• On-Campus Housing Options • University Apartments – single bedroom/shared

bathroom/shared living area and kitchen (4 students per apartment)

• Premium Style Suites – suite style living with two double bedrooms and one shared bathroom

• Traditional Style Suites – suite style living with four double bedrooms and semi private bathroom

• All options on-campus options feature: Air conditioning, cable television, wireless Internet, laundry facilities, vending machines, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and one bed, desk, chair, dresser, and built-in closet per student.

• The Food Court offers selections such as Sbarro Pizza, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Miso Sushi, Noodle & Rice Bowl, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Einstein Bagels, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Restaurant, and Top of the Palms Restaurant.

General English• 4 Levels with start dates every 4 weeks• 21 lessons per week (15 lessons of classroom instruction + up to

9 learning labs)• Minimum age 17 – High School diploma required

Campus Year Abroad• 24 or 36 weeks discounted General English Program • 21 lesson per week (12 hours of core course + 6/12 hours of

university/college with a min. GPA 2.5 (out of 4.0) required

INTO USF Admissions Checklist

All applications should be submitted to [email protected] .Please remember that a certified English translation must accompany all documents issued in languages other than English.

For Academic English and General English Courses:• Completed INTO USF Application Form • Copy of Passport - if applicant will arrive with dependents, include copy of dependents’ passports

as well• Copy of High School/University Diploma • Bank Statement or letter of sponsorship (or Affidavit of Support if bank statement is not in

student’s name)• Copy of proof of an adequate alternative insurance policy (required only if student is not booking

Certification of Financial Support for 2012-13

• To receive your I-20 from INTO University of South Florida all amounts must be in United States currency or show applicable conversion rate. Estimates are only for I-20 purposes, so a student’s actual costs may be higher or lower depending on program length.

• These costs include tuition, housing, meals and insurance. To receive an I-20 you must prove you have enough money to pay for a full academic year (costs below).
