Creativity in class for outstanding results
Natalia González is a current teacher and coordinator at the Peruvian Police Academy. She has over ten years of teaching experience with young learners and adults, she has taught in different prestigious language centers. As a teacher, Natalia has developed the curriculum and handouts for her school. She has also mentored new teachers and designed placement exams.
During the presentation, attendees will be provided with some ready-to-use activities to best meet student and teacher needs. When following a textbook, teachers need to fill the spaces between activities in order to have a smooth transition, engage students and get the most from their attention.
Tackle with disruptive behaviour in class
¨Upon ending the workshop, attendants will acquire the rationale that explains disruptive behavior in language classes, thus, will be able to perform a more accurate prognosis of possible flaws at classroom management¨
Juan José Fernández bears an economist degree from Federico Villarreal University and has worked in international trade in the Americas. He has also obtained a postgraduate diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Pontificia Universidad Católica. He possesses extensive experience in teaching English at schools, institutes and universities in Peru as well as TEFL training.
