Where to adopt?

Any Humane Society location Many advertise adoptable animals online

Local shelters For example, Athens County Dog Shelter

NOT any pet store or independent breeder That’s is not adopting, that is considered “shopping”

Personal experience

Volunteered at the Athens County Dog Shelter

Fell in love with Mac Adopted him

Filled out proper paperwork Paid the $65 adoption fee Registered him with the county

He has been the best, most sweetest companion

Nothing but unconditional love
