The Florida Board of Nursing has added a new continuing education requirement 69B9-5.013.
Beginning with the biennium ending in 2015, each licensee shall complete a two hour course on the laws and rules that govern the practice of nursing in Florida. This course can only be offered by a Board of Nursing approved continuing education provider.
Medical Legal Concepts, LLC is a Florida Board of Nursing approved Continuing Education Provider and offers that two-hour presentation that can be accessed on-line or be requested as a live presentation.
