What is iCode?iCode is an arm of iBridge hub, a

social enterprise dedicated to growing the knowledge of computer

programming in our community. 

We believe Computer programming should be a part of the core

curriculum in education, alongside other courses.

What is iCode?We're committed to building the best learning experience inside

and out by transforming the way Computer Programming is being perceived, letting everyone know that it is much easier to learn how

to code than they think.

WELCOME.

Welcome to iCode Learning Center, a platform where

Children, Youths, Educators and Parents can learn this essential

21st Century skill.

THE DIFFERENT WAYS.

iCode at iBridge hub

iCode in Schools(iCode Clubs and Coding introduced into curriculum)

iCode at home or at work

WHERE?

Students can learn to code in their Schools or at our after School Programs.

Youths, Educators and Parents can learn at iBridge hub, at work or at home.

Students can also get to learn at iBridge hub.

To assist schools in sourcing and Equipping Computer labs could be used for learning in Schools

Setting up of iCode Clubs in Schools in which Students get to learn during Club hours and could also practice at the hub after School hours.

Volunteer Programmers would be assigned to schools to help in lecturing at specific times

iCODE AT SCHOOLS.

iCODE AT iBRIDGE HUB.

This would run in 3 months Cycle. First month would be introduction to Programming 2nd & 3rd month of the training would be done in different and age appropriate programing languages for the the various categories i.e Children, youths, educators and parents.

iCODE AT iBRIDGE HUB.

Access to the hub to learn to code requires one to be a member of the hub.

Personal Practice takes place everyday of the week at stipulated time.

Training with a tutor takes place every Saturday.

iCODE AT IBRIDGE HUB.

Computers would be made available at iBridge hub for Lectures and Practice

Projectors and TV Screens for lectures would also be available for Lecture days.

Those with Laptops would also be allowed to work with their systems. Relevant programs would be installed on them.

iCODE AT HOME.

Individuals would need to have a personal Computer, and Internet access.

Relevant Programs would be set up on their Computers.

If necessary, individuals can also come to the hub for practice or lecture and interaction with Programmers.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.

After School programs would be held at iBridge hub during the summer break

Students would be able to practice and work on their own for 2 hours everyday of the week and would have access to asking questions or learning more from a tutor every Saturday.

INSPIRATION. “Here we are, 2013, we ALL depend on

technology to communicate, to bank, and none of us know how to read and write code. It's

important for these kids, right now, starting at 8 years old, to read and write code".
