The depository is an off-site store that holds all PhD thesis, and some rarely-used books. You will see some items on LibrarySearch are Available at Depository, and these can be requested. Depository requests are sent to Founder’s Library to view, and in some cases borrow.

The process has changed following our system upgrade, so follow these steps to place a depository request for an item that you need.

3. Complete the form – make a note of the Pickup location, and the terms of use.

When the item has been sent to Founder’s Library, and is ready to view/borrow, you will receive an email to let you know. The book will be held on the Depository Request shelf behind the helpdesk in Founder’s Library.
