The Work of Jesus :
– Jesus was sent to bring deliverance to us from sin and bondage
– God has an Eternal Plan for His people– The Plan is for Protection, Provision
and Purpose
GOD MUST BE THE FOUNDATION !OF OUR FAITH

• The Pas s over meal : represented an Encounter with God with His Truth (their obedience) and His Love (God’s protection)
• The Communion : represents His Blood and reminds us of His Truth (healing & provision) and His Love (cleanses and protects)

:The Blood provides the Covering
• Rebellion removes God’s covering
• Submis s ion and Obedience to God’s Truth and His love brings His covering
• ’ God s Truth and Love leads us into the promised land in spite of our disobedience

The 2 pillars of Submission and Obedience are the keys to God’s Blessing and Faith Building

• The life of an Overcomer includes testing … in order to ESTABLISH Submission and Obedience

Opposite of Submission and Obedience is Rebellion – which is as witchcraft
• Galatians 5 : 13-26 You cannot be an Overcomer if you are overcome by these things

10 Commandments
• God wants to bless
• He establishes Parameters : if we submit and obey these...THEN … it will release BLESSINGS
POINT: the key to God’s blessings is SUBMISSION & OBEDIENCE

How do we live an Overcoming life?
• It is not a one time decision • We must choose to live in submission and obedience to God’s will moment by moment
• We must die to ourselves daily
lII) Advancing to the Centre of His Will :Be Strong and Very Courageous

Having understood His Love & Truth --- then -- leaning on the Pillars of Submission & Obedience – We can now move forward with Boldness and Courage
• As we enter into God’s promises – the covering of God goes with us
• Exodus 34: 10 - 16• Israelites were not to make any covenants
with the inhabitants of the land• God was protecting the Israelites from the
sins of the land and ensure Israelites were faithful to move forward in His will
Circumcision
The rite of circumcision – repres ents the- on going proces s of submitting ourselves
to God’s Word / work - this put us under the covering
Circumcision
•Israelites born in the wilderness had notbeen circumcised
•It was a fres h commitment to live separately from those around them
•It was God’s act of rolling away thereproach of Egypt
