The Light bulb

• Thomas Edison created the light bulb on October 22, 1878

• Thomas Alva Edison was born

on 11 of February and he died on 18 of October 1931 at the age of 84.

• He was an American inventor, scientist, and businessman.

• It´s a source of electric light that works by incandescence. An electric current passes through a thin filament,heating it to a temperature that produces light.

Differences between the first light bulb and modern ones

This one is simpler

And much more practical• Thiso one has something

that supports it and is not so practical

• I think the light bulb changed our life because in the past people did not have light after the sun went down. So, they had to use candles and take them from one place to the other in order to do all the activities at home. Such as cooking, reading, sewing, writing, knitting, having dinner, doing the homework, etc.
