411• What’s your 411? Gary Keller described it
like this: 4 weeks, 1 month, 1 year.
• Set up weekly goals that make up the months that make up your year.
• An agent’s 411 is a productivity tool, not a to-do list but a have-to list.
• What’s the difference?
A “have-to” list is determined by your:
1.Focus
2.Annual, monthly & weekly goals
3.Accountability to yourself & to others to help you stay focused.
• FOCUS: What matters most? Earn more? Time with family? More vacations?
• How are you going to achieve your goal? Be specific.
• When are you going to accomplish this goal?
• Decide your goal achievement focus & time block each day.
1.Annual – your big rocks! Job, business, personal and financial. Define each of them.2.Monthly – no more than 5 to 7 at least 3 hours a month - refine and be realistic. 3.Weekly – no more than 8. an hour a week to determine

correlation to the big ones.
ACCOUNTABILITYDo you have a peer partner or coach?
Masterminding with similar professionals is an excellent way to hold yourself accountable.
