Recommendations

• OSS can be selected rather than Customized SW. • LIS should have knowledge on IT • IT professionals should be deployed • Proprietary SW can be used but expenditure is more.• Budget should be enriched. • Training & Motivational Programme should be

arranged for both (professionals and authority). • Starting development from the boyhood. • Project /Kormosuchi funding should be arranged.
