Make sure you know the right questions to ask and have the resources to plan an inclusive meeting. When planning any meeting or event, you want to make sure everyone can participate fully, including people with disabilities. By having a well thought out plan, you can build accessibility into every aspect of your meeting. There are two main components you need to consider when planning an accessible meeting or event: *Physical access to the meeting space *Access to the meeting contents and proceedings. Additionally, you need to realize that physical accessibility isn’t confined to the walls of the meeting room or hotel? *How accessible is the destination at large? *What questions do you need to ask your CVB, hotels and venues? During this webinar we will consider the accessibility considerations to both the physical meeting and the contents of the meeting. We will examine the right questions to ask and comprehensive plans you need to make pre, during and post event to assure full accessibility to your meeting. Additionally, we will explore how to get the most help from your available destination resources in this regard.
