Those variables could be the student's background, the way they interact to each other and also the trainer personal style. Then the uncertainty of the results in terms of appreciation and motivation to attend all the lectures have to take in consideration when the pilot course starts and is useful face them with flexibility and focus on the feedback coming along with moment by moment and lecture by lecture.
