Concentration and Procrastination

• Procrastination is your biggest enemy, it is unproductive for you, your time and can be catastrophic in other areas of your life…

• I have provided 5 tips to help you beat the procrastination!

Time Management Plan

• Plan out your day, you activities and set your goals.

• Be realistic about your targets

• Include breaks for lunch and dinner, plus regular break intervals

Regular Breaks

• The human attention span is roughly 20 mins, but this does mean that you take a 10 – 15 min break ever 20, just look away from what you are doing, or simple take a min to clear your mind.

Distractions

• Avoid as many distractions as possible, so your phone – turn it off. Social Media – log out and your e-mail – again log out.

• If at all possible, pick a quiet spot and and just get on with what you are supposed to be doing.

Exercise Your Mind

• In your spare time, try to do lots of puzzles, crosswords, sudoku puzzles. These all help to keep you stimulated without putting any major strain on your mind. They keep you alert without tiring you out!
