Disciplinary Guidelines 64B 5.001 A-J


If the broad discovers anyone such as an applicant, licensee, registered intern, provisional licensee, or certificate holder who regulates under the chapter 491,F.S perpetrate any of the acts in Section 456.072(1) or 491.009(2), F.S., The following disciplinary guidelines will take place f) Maintaining a professional

relationship with anyone who has violated chapter 491

g) Purposely aiding or advising non-licensed people to hold oneself out of licensed under chapter 491

h) Failing to perform any legal obligation

i) Knowingly making or filing a false report. Or failing to file a report or record

j) Paying or receiving compensation in any form for receiving a client or for referring a client to another counselor. Or referring a client to oneself for services on a fee-paid basis

a) Attempting or obtaining your license by bribery b) Having a revoked license from another state, country, or

territory c) Being convicted, guilty, or entered a plea of nolo contendere

to a crime related to practice of license d) Misleading advertisement or obtaining fee/value for the

beneficial results of treatment will be guaranteed e) Advertising, practicing, or an attempt to practice under a false

name
