Our guests walked around Morpeth and visited the town

hall. They met with the Mayor who is also Chair of Gover-

them around Morpeth and they visited the Northumber-

In the evening we held a ceilidh for our guests with tradi-

In the afternoon we had a very English picnic in the rain by

the side of the castle in Bamburgh. We visited the castle and

then travelled to Seahouses for a boat trip around the Farne

Islands. We saw some puffin, cormorants and a colony of

seals in the water. It was very blustery!
