Terence Dillard is a conscientious and diligent Assistant Principal who has stepped in the twentieth year

of his profession that began as a Health and Physical Education educator in the year 1997. He is doing

full justice to his present post as the Assistant Principal of Booker T. Washington High School, Atlanta,

and is doing a remarkable work of adding a new dimension to the field of education. Before taking up

this present job, he got a chance to handle the same position twice in the past at the Lithonia High

School and also at the very popular Miller Grove High School.

Terence Dillard - An Excellent Educationist has undertaken many projects and initiatives for the

betterment of students and also taken a large number of initiatives to make learning an engaging and

gripping activity for them. Male Mentor Program, which was started by him with an aim to give

scholastic, behavioral, and professional counseling to male understudies gained high media attention

and also went a long way in helping students to set clear personal as well as academic goals. He also

started the Saturday Attendance and Responsibility Workshop Program with an objective to put forward

other discipline strategies despite of suspending understudies that exhibit disruptive behavior, like,

skipping classes, excessive lateness, and also low achievement rates in different evaluations.
