Also, the LGBT community interpreted the song as a way for people to ‘come out’, due to it being released in the year of 2013, a year of equality rights
In 2014, many journalists said that the soundtrack swept the nation, almost like a ‘musical epidemic’ sending kids into hysterics, this had never happened before

On top of the original soundtrack release of ‘Let It Go’, a single was released as well, sung by the singer and actress for Disney Channel Demi Lovato – this version has shorter lyrics and is more of the Pop genre
