The purpose of this presentation is to promote discussion among
my students about their five senses.
It will also introduce the students to terms that are opposite.
Using Power Point
I will use this specific power point program early in the school year to teach my first science unit which ties in with my first reading theme. I hope to create other power point presentations throughout the year to supplement my science lessons since we do not have a science book in first grade. My students work on several projects throughout the year which they present orally to the class. As the year goes on I would like to have my students create an individual slide about their project. I would like to incorporate all these slides into a power point presentation that could then be shown to their parents.
