The two types of tundra are Alpine and Arctic Tundra.
The Arctic Tundra is a cold vast, treeless area of low, swampy plains far north around the Arctic Ocean
It covers Europe ( Lapland and Scandanavia), Asia ( Siberia) and North America ( Alaska, Canada).
Alpine Tundra is Tundra that is a place where animals can live and all sorts of things but Alpine Tundra can be cold but also a very beautiful sight to see.
Permafrost is a layer of ice that doesn’t allow water to drain when water forms bogs so the permafrost keeps it in permafrost can be as deep as 3,000 feet.
Tree types of animals that line in the Arctic Tundra are lemmings, vole, and Arctic Hares
