About Surin Avenue Neighbourhood Park

• Formerly a crocodile park along Upper Serangoon Road.

• Upgraded facilities 2 years ago, including skateboard lane.

• However, the skateboard lane now is broken due to the lacking of maintenance.

• Developed by ACT-NOBEL, NOBEL AND DESIGN HOLDINGS LTD, PINNACLE ASSET ASSET GROUP.

• This park was shared among the Singaporean around Surin Avenue.

• Currently, this park become the main attraction
