month Capacity on project: Meet with

stakeholders, produce the initial faculty data inventory list, review and update annually thereafter. Provide monthly progress status reports to the Enterprise Security Lead who will report status to GDPR working group and University Governance group/s

Faculty-level leads are responsible for: 1. Being local champions of data privacy compliance

(identifying local stakeholders who know where data resides, identifying who should take training within the faculty and ensuring that the training has happened)

2. Compiling and maintaining a data inventory within the faculty (identification of owners, locations and helping shepherd them into compliance).
