1. Essere presenti dove s‘incontrano le persone
� si applica allo spazio reale e virtuale
� essere visibili per i „pedoni“ nelle vie principali e le piazzedi Internet (motori di ricerca, Wikipedia, Flickr, Facebook, YouTube, …)
2. Applicare le nuove tecnologie, fare l‘esperienza
