Ingredients & Materials

A potato A knife

2 teaspoon of milk a thick sweet

Water A plastic bowl A teaspoon

A stick

1. Prepare all ingredients and materials.2. Peel the potato and cut top section like a

shutter.3. Slice out the flesh of potato use teaspoon

like a bowl.4. Prepare the water and pour into the plastic

bowl.5. Put the milk into potato.6. Skew the potato use a stick at the hole

side.7. Put the potato and milk into water in

plastic bowl.8. Wait until 20 – 30 minutes.

Steps

Tips

1. Use potato that nice and big.2. You can add dye into milk to

know when the water was moved.

3. Don’t slice the flesh of potato too thick and thin.

4. No need to use too big plastic bowl.

Water molecules move to milk in potato with low water concentration from water in plastic bowl with high water concentration.
