Neuronal phospholipid and ß-Amiloid Oxidative Stress in AD Brain
I. Abstract
Phospholipid peroxidation and ß-Amiloid oxidative stress are the two major factors that
lead to AD. Isoprostanes have the first role to oxidize the phospholipids. This review contain
results that brain lipid peroxidation with ß-Amiloid oxidative stress has potential damage to brain
leading to AD.
