Shot: Medium long shotAngle: Eye level

Mise-en-Scene:Characters: One person looking towards the cameraCostumes: Dark clothing with hints of red/blue throughout all of the groupLocation: Taken in a studio setting with a plain backgroundProps: No props used

Other: This shot will be taken for the splash image for the cover page which is why it will be taken in the studio. As it is normal for the splash image to be taken in a studio for a magazine, this is what I will also do for mine to keep with the generic look for magazines.

Shot: Close up Angle: Straight on

Mise-en-Scene:Characters: N/ACostumes: N/ALocation: N/AProps: Signed CD

Other: This shot will be put into a circle shape to make it look like a stamp on the front cover. It will also be one of the lightest parts on the cover so it will stand out and catch the audiences eye. It will be taken on a plain background so it is easy to edit and change how the image looks as I will be changing it to a circle shape.

Shot: Medium Close upAngle: Low angle looking up at the people in the crowd Mise-en-Scene:Characters: People in the crowd at Leeds festivalCostumes: Darker clothing but not much seen as it is in the middle of a crowdLocation: Leeds festivalProps: N/A

Other: This shot will have been taken on location and will be used for the contents page to show coverage of different festivals/concerts. The image will be from in the crowd of a festival which gives the impression of the magazine being from the point of view of the audience rather than just the bands point of view, it makes the reader feel like a part of the audience and will encourage them to read as not many magazines will include this.

Mise-en-Scene:Characters: People in the crowdCostumes: Casual clothing which is slightly worn but is not clear to see as it is a long shotLocation: You Me At Six concertProps: The balloons coming out towards the crowd

Other: This shot will have been taken at a concert and will be from the end where they released balloons into the crowd. As it was taken from the crowd, the reader will see from the perspective of the audience rather than the band. This will help the reader to feel included in the concert, even if they weren’t there.
