PhotoScape is a graphics editing program, developed by MOOII Tech, Korea. The basic conceptof PhotoScape is 'easy and fun', allowing users to easily edit photographs taken from theirdigital cameras or even mobile phones. PhotoScape provides a simple user interface to performcommon photo enhancements including color adjustment, cutting, resizing, printing and GIFanimation. PhotoScape operates on Microsoft Windows systems and Mac. It is not availableon Linux systems. The default languages are English and Korean, with additional languagepackages available for download.Version 3.7 is the current stable release. However, older versions are still available for Windows98 or ME users. It is distributed free of charge for all users, including commercial bodies.

FUNCTIONS

COMBINE First, go to your combine tool. Then drag the photos you want to combine. On the right panel, set the size of your photos. As you can see, you can also set there the arrangement of your photos(down,side or checker).

SPLITTERThe Splitter lets you divide your photo into multiple parts. Actually, you can add as many photo as you like. It will automatically divide your photo/photos, all at the same size, based on the size you choose

BATCH EDITORThe Batch Editor is one of the powerful tools of Photoscape. The name itself defines its use. It

allows the user to edit batch of pictures at once. You can also add filters, adjust the size or add

frames and text.

MAKING GIFSNow let me show you how to make gifs in PhotoScape from a video or clip. But first of all, you need to have this Free Studio(Video to JPG converter) application. It will convert your video into JPG frames. We’ll need that for making our gifs.
