Planning Location : City of York Date/ Time: Mon 23 rd June- Wednesday 2 nd July 13.10 Equipmen t: Iphone Camera, DSRL with 18-55mm lens Experime nt: Photomontage images. Using the theme urban environment I am going to go to the urban environment of York and find viewpoints that are good for my photomontage look. I am looking for locations in York with interesting Urban feel so walls with graffiti and signs/ people. Once I have found what I want to shoot and am going to use my Iphone camera for some images because I like the effect with the automatic camera. The basic camera will change the exposure and look of each part of the image that I take. This will make my photomontage shot look more creative, as it could be different exposure and brightness throughout the photo. I will also use the DSRL camera for a more professional shot. This camera I can adjust the exposure and focus to create a really clear look, which will contrast my other image, as that one is all different. This will be very clear exposed and then pieces will fit together and you will be able to see this all clearly. I want to experiment with both of the styles of photomontage and I may even create a montage with iphone and DSRL image to get the creative and interesting look. I do intent to use post production by using Photoshop this I because I am going use the automate tool then the photo merge tool and upload all the pieces to the image on Photoshop. Then by repositioning them automatically and not blending them together. Photoshop will create my photomontage look which is what I am experimenting. Overall I am experimenting this urban theme with a style of photography to create what potentially is something lacklustre and common to something attention grabbing and interesting.
