Level and age group:This session directed to children of 2nd of primary. In 2nd grade the children are seven years old and there are in an initial cycle. Objectives:The objectives that we’ve marked are:To establish relations between the word and its writing.To connect the word with its image.To guess the image of this sport from the description.To increase the vocabulary extracted from all the previous activities.

Activities• Activity 1: An announcer describes a sport of the images and

when it ends the pupil should choose the correct image.This activity is so useful to match an oral description with the visual image and learn some important characteristics about Sports

• Activity 2: It consists in various kind of plays which you must

associated images, written words or talked with its corresponded image. This is an activity that lets to know the name of some Sports and other activities like play the piano or Cook.

When you achieve a level you go the next level until complete all the plays that there are.

• Activity 3 Flash-tales stories (subtitles): This activity it’s good for the children because

it has a lot of videos with subtitles and the stories are adapted by the children of initial cycle. The stories have subtitles and the children can listen and observe at the same time and and relating the phonetics with the drawing and with their writing. The videos it’s a good tool to use in the first ages,because from stories of cheerful drawings and also they pass themselves it well and at the same time they learn new vocabulary.

• Activity 4 Phonetic: The exercises phonetics are a lot important to work

the boy - scout and also the pronunciation, because of that we have chosen an activity of phonetics. Also we have looked that in the stories the phonetics was basic because of that we have chosen activities to work a lot of the phonetics.

There are different activities, for example there is the written sounds and click and the pronunciation of each sound comes out. The exercises have to be chosen according to the level of the group

• Activity 5 The flashcards The flashcards are a good way to relate the

different words (actions..) with the correct drawing. The children learn in a faster and clearer way with. It would be recommendation that the cards were plasticized because like this they could play to the different games without breaking
