•Main objective of the study
• To develop an improvised Basic Electronics Trainer out of locally available materials that can be used as instructional material in teaching Basic Electronics.
The students learned a lot by using their senses and by designing and improvising Basic Electronics Trainer, they can learn more by exploring the different parts of this device.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
Setting of the StudyConducted at the perimeter of University of Rizal System Cainta campus during School Year 2013-2014. RESPONDENTS20 students of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Technology and Livelihood Education.
Sources of Data In gathering the needed data, the researchers used a researcher made questionnaire checklist as a tool in gathering important information10 valid questions regarding the trainer based on its functionality, efficiency, safety and capability.
Functionality 5 4 3 2 11. It provides acceptable results with minimal errors.2. It can replicate the function of the commercially available trainer.3. Spare parts for replacement in case of malfunction and abnormal condition are commercially available.

Majority of the respondents evaluated the improvised basic electronics trainer as very much accepted in terms of functionality as supported by the obtained mean of 4.65.
The results implied that the Basic Electronics Trainer can replicate the function of the commercially available trainer that can magnify the learning interests of the students.
The finding is supported by the study of the Global Specialties since it stated that it is a low cost device with multi functions beneficial in any electronic classroom activities.

EFFICIENCYThe majority of the respondents evaluated the improvised basic electronics trainer as very much accepted in terms of efficiency as supported by the obtained mean of 4.75.The results implied that the Basic Electronics Trainer offers efficient result in the actual circuit practices.
The finding is supported by the study of Global Specialties since it reveals the advantages of a compact portable device wherein all the equipments needed are all packed inside the trainer and easy to move from one place to another for a unique circuit experimentation.
