Food Consumed Healthy food . Healthy food .Preservatives added in certain foods .
Use of preservatives and Adulteration prominent . Occasional consumption of junk food .
Facilities to practice sports
No facilities . Playgrounds . Games were mostly played in the verandah of the house .
Lots of facilities available . Example – gymnasiums, Grounds ,etc.

No exposure to gadgets . Hence , Lifestyle was healthy.

• The Indian and European counterparts are equally concerned about their diet and exercise.

• Our lifestyle has become less healthy due to social media, inclination to junk foods and less open space for playing.
