Goal: Creation and upgrade of best practice for integration and education process as generation of pilot model for educational integration enhancing the role of education in the values of families from ethnic minotities

Tasks: Increasing interest in the learning process and increase the

attendance of classesResearch needs of the target group and local community

Creating a positive motivation to continue their education after eighth grade pupils and their families

•Practical training of teaching staff to work in a multicultural environment

50 students from ethnic communities - 23 in grade VIII grade, motivated to continue their education and 27 ending IX grade within the project

50 parents of students who have completed two modules of motivational training

Group of 20 teachers who have completed two modules of training for work in multicultural environment

Group of 40 teachers from primary schools in neighborhoods with compact or mixed population of ethnic communities who have completed one modul of training for work in multicultural environment

Positive sides*increased motivation for secondary education by students from the target group, support for raising the level of education of the parent communities, training of teachers in vocational schools to work in multicultural environment, creating a model of successful partnership between local government and NGOs on issues of educational integration.

Weaknesses*Isolated cases of frequent absenteeism, poor discipline, difficulties in dealing with educational material difficult adaptability to new school environment*lack of sufficient capacity to support from some parents

Extension of vocational schools, which integrate students from ethnic communities

Establishing a network of mediators for individual work with troubled students and their parents
