-1990.-Founded “PaMark” -Pamark was founded by Mirjana Paunović with 100% personal capital.-We posses office space of 200 m2 in the downtown of the city, Novaka Miloševa 6 St. , Podgorica.-First activity of the company was wholesale and retail.

-In 2004. we founded Multidisciplinary education center “PaMark” -Activity: Education and training of children, youth and adults. -Program of foreign languages, informational technologies and business administrators is being carried out according with the plan and program accredited in the Ministry of education and sport Montenegro.

- In 2005. “PaMark” becomes the provider of Employment Bureau Montenegro

-In 2006. we founded Agency for Employment.

-Function of the Agency is monitoring, analyzing and researching economic, social and other streams, employment and unemployment status.

-Aim of the Agency is unemployment reduction by mediation between job seekers and employers.

-In 2007. we founded Counseling for children, youth and adults. Conducted surveys and organized youth workshops, aimed for project preparations.

- In 2008 . We became partners with Bureau “Papilot” from Slovenia

-In 2009 we started active employment policy process in all our centers our centers:

-Podgorica-Bar-Bijelo Polje -Berane

The goal of the active employment policy process is inclusion of unemployed people in the employment program and it covers following programs:

1. Program “I will succeed” intended for unemployed people, regardless their professional qualifications, who would like to be introduced to techniques and methods of active job seeking and join the labor market. -2009- from 512 participants, employed 163 (31,84%). -2010- from 696 participants, employed 199 (28.59%).-Average age of participants over 40

2. Program “Virtual Company”started with training of mentors for VC from the entire country of Montenegro.

Program is intended for all unemployed

people, priory for youth and apprentices .

-In 2010. we founded the first private Institution in Montenegro ’’PaMark’’ for professional rehabilitation, working and social integration.

PaMark employs 28 workers and 10 associates in Montenegro.

Program of professional rehabilitation is intended for people with employement difficulties, with the aim of overcoming obstacles for working engagement, training for equal economically independent life and inclusion in labor market. Realized in accordance with the Law of professional rehabilitation and employment people with disabilities.

Implies interdisciplinary approach, teamwork of local and foreign experts, interlacing and connecting professional approach of psychological, social and medical treatment. It is conducted through modules.

2010. - ISO standards 9001:2008 for all processes realized in “PaMark”.

2010 – 2012. - Realization of the Project “MONTour” – new approach of

prequalification implementation in the area of tourism in partnership with:

- BEST institute for vocational educatiom and personal training, Wiena – Austria;

- - Bureau “Papilot” Slovenia- - “PaMark” Podgorica- - Government Montenegro, - Ministry of sustainable

development and tourism, Podgorica

- - Employment Bureau Montenegro,

2014. In phase of preparation - project of founding of goat farm and production of organic food in Bjelopavlići, education of local inhabitants - prequalification, additional trainings, education of environment protection, development of village tourism, with the aim of faster employment and self-employment. Provided Partners are: Ministry of agriculture, EB Montenegro, Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Ministry of Economy, Center for Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Sport, Ministry of Tourism, Biotehnical faculty, Agency for Environment Protection and the county Danilovgrad.
