GOALSTo provide an opportunity to
network with colleagues who have a common Problem of Practice.
To provide resources and practice to assist in the sharing and connecting of this information on Waiver day to building staff.
Problem of Practice Consultancy ProtocolEach Principal will provide an
overview by answering the questions below. Other group members will listen and ask clarifying questions at the end.
Timekeeper allows 7 minutes for overview and questioning.

1.Read your building’s Problem of Practice to your group.
2. What impact has your Problem of
Practice had on your Adult Implementation Indicator(s)?a. How did you make the connection
between the POP and the Adult Indicator?
b. If no connection is apparent, what are the next steps you will take to align the POP and the Adult Indicator?

3. Aside from APS district assessments, what other building- based assessments are being used to assess the student performance indicator?
Example:Adult Implementation Indicator : All
teachers will use a grade level rubric 3 times a week .
Student Performance Indicator: Students will increase their extended response score through the use of the grade level rubric.
