Once the release date has been put in place a schedule must be created. This ensures deadlines are met which are vital to the success of the magazine’s production. The entire team of Klashed pulls together to decide on what is going to be in the magazine. This may include photographs and adverts. Content creator is decided; this will either be internal writers or external writers for different sections. However illustration s are in the making Research is conducted on the artists and the groups or people that are going to be interviewe d for DPS or other articles. Create photography plans for where necessary and begin to draft the interviews that will be conducted with certain artists. The interview needs to take place and this can only happen once the questions have been proof read. After the questions have been checked, the interview is started with the artist. Refer to photography plan to see what images of the artist need to be taken. These will be edited later on in Photoshop.

Now that the interview is complete it can be added into the structure of the magazine. Also need to select the articles and which adverts are going in the magazine.

The quality and accuracy of the magazine is continuously cared for and checked for example: grammar, spelling and authenticity of the information.

The Designer and Editor come together to check the final layout is perfect and that there is a consistent set of content. Space is left open for advertisements.

The magazine’s first issue will be printed into a hard copy for the Editor to look over. This will ensure that there are no mistakes.

.After proofreading the magazine by the whole Klashed team it will be printed. When all of the magazine has been printed the will be distributed to retail outlets for public sales.

Magazine is released and sold to public. Available in retail outlets such as WHSmiths and Sainsburies.
